Butter Corn Rice Recipe


A delicious plate of butter corn rice served in a white bowl. The fluffy golden rice is mixed with bright yellow corn kernels and a touch of melted butter. The dish is garnished with a sprinkle of fresh herbs, placed on a rustic wooden table with a spoon on the side

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup rice

  • 2 cups water

  • 2 tablespoons butter

  • 1 tablespoon chicken broth powder or 1 Knorr cube

  • 1 small can of corn kernels

Instructions:

  1. Rinse the rice well in a strainer and let it drain.

  2. In a pot, combine the washed rice, water, butter, corn kernels, and chicken broth.

  3. Stir gently and cook over very low heat until all the water is absorbed, about 10-15 minutes.

  4. Turn off the heat and let it rest for about 10 minutes.

  5. Serve as a side dish or pair it with your favorite main course.
