Butter Corn Rice Recipe

Ingredients:
1 cup rice
2 cups water
2 tablespoons butter
1 tablespoon chicken broth powder or 1 Knorr cube
1 small can of corn kernels
Instructions:
Rinse the rice well in a strainer and let it drain.
In a pot, combine the washed rice, water, butter, corn kernels, and chicken broth.
Stir gently and cook over very low heat until all the water is absorbed, about 10-15 minutes.
Turn off the heat and let it rest for about 10 minutes.
Serve as a side dish or pair it with your favorite main course.
