Lotus Biscuit Pudding Recipe


A delicious Lotus biscuit pudding served in elegant glass cups. The dessert is layered with crushed Lotus biscuits, creamy vanilla pudding, and topped with whipped cream and a drizzle of Lotus Biscoff spread. The presentation is neat, with biscuit crumbs on top for garnish, creating a visually appealing and tasty treat.

Ingredients:

  • 5 cups milk

  • 1 cup sugar

  • 2 tbsp flour

  • 2 tbsp cornstarch

  • 1 egg yolk

  • 1 pack (200ml) cream

  • 1 pack Lotus biscuits

For Topping:

  • 200ml whipped cream

  • 1 tbsp Lotus spread

Instructions:

  1. In a pot, mix all ingredients except the whipped cream and cook over medium heat while stirring continuously.

  2. Remove from heat and add one pack of cream, then whisk well.

  3. Crush the Lotus biscuits into fine crumbs using a blender.

  4. In serving glasses, add a layer of crushed biscuits.

  5. Pour a layer of pudding over the biscuits.

  6. Repeat the layering process: biscuits, pudding, biscuits.

  7. Finish with a final layer of whipped cream and drizzle Lotus spread on top for decoration.

  8. Serve chilled and enjoy!
