Ingredients:
200-300g salmon fillet, cut into 2.5 cm cubes
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp sriracha sauce (adjust to taste)
1 tbsp honey
1 tbsp minced garlic
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp spicy mayo
Toppings:
1 avocado, sliced
1/2 cucumber, sliced
1 carrot, shredded
100g edamame (boiled soybeans)
Fresh cilantro
Sesame seeds
Instructions:
1. Prepare the Marinade:In a small bowl, mix sriracha sauce, honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, and lemon juice. Adjust seasoning as desired.
2. Marinate the Salmon:Place the salmon cubes in a shallow dish or a plastic bag. Pour the marinade over the salmon, ensuring it is well coated. Let it marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
3. Cook the Salmon:Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Add the marinated salmon cubes and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden and crispy.
4. Assemble the Bowl:Prepare a base of steamed rice or quinoa in a bowl. Arrange the cooked salmon, sliced avocado, cucumber, shredded carrot, and edamame on top.
5. Garnish and Serve:Garnish with fresh cilantro, sesame seeds, and drizzle spicy mayo on top. For extra heat, add more sriracha sauce if desired.
