Ingredients:
For the Bread Rolls:
12 small bread rolls (dinner rolls or any soft small bread).
2 tbsp melted butter (for brushing).
Sesame seeds or black seeds for garnish (optional).
For the Filling:
500g ground beef.
1 medium onion, finely chopped.
2 garlic cloves, minced.
1 tsp salt.
½ tsp black pepper.
½ tsp meat spices.
¼ tsp paprika (optional).
¼ cup chopped parsley.
¼ cup shredded cheddar or mozzarella cheese (optional).
Instructions:
1. Prepare the Filling:
Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan over medium heat.
Add the chopped onion and sauté until softened.
Stir in the minced garlic and cook for 1 minute.
Add the ground beef, cooking until fully browned and excess liquid evaporates.
Season with salt, black pepper, spices, and paprika. Mix well and let it cool slightly.
(Optional) Stir in the shredded cheese and chopped parsley.
2. Stuff the Bread Rolls:
Using a small knife, cut a small slit in each roll (from the side or top), making sure not to cut through completely.
Fill each bread roll with an appropriate amount of the beef mixture.
Arrange the stuffed rolls on a butter-greased baking tray.
3. Brush & Bake:
Brush the tops of the rolls with melted butter.
Sprinkle sesame seeds or black seeds on top (optional).
Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
Bake for 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
4. Serve:
Serve the stuffed rolls warm with ketchup, mayonnaise, or ranch sauce on the side.
Enjoy as a snack or part of a delicious meal.
