Chicken Noodle Soup


A bowl of homemade chicken noodle soup with tender chicken, vermicelli noodles, chopped carrots, and celery in a golden broth. The soup is served in a rustic ceramic bowl on a wooden table, garnished with fresh herbs, creating a warm and inviting presentation.

Ingredients:

  • Ground chicken

  • Vermicelli noodles

  • Carrot, chopped

  • Celery, chopped

  • Onion, chopped

  • Garlic, minced

  • Spices (salt, pepper, and preferred seasonings)

  • Chicken broth

Instructions:

  1. Cook the Chicken: In a large pot, sauté the chopped onion and minced garlic until fragrant. Add the ground chicken and cook until browned.

  2. Add Vegetables and Broth: Stir in the chopped carrot and celery, then pour in the chicken broth.

  3. Simmer and Add Noodles: Bring to a boil, then add the vermicelli noodles. Let simmer until the noodles and vegetables are tender.

  4. Serve: Enjoy hot, garnished with fresh herbs if desired.
