Seafood Soup Recipe

Ingredients:
Butter and oil
Chopped onion
Minced garlic
Peeled shrimp (leave the tail intact)
Cleaned clams
Sliced squid
Crab (cut in half)
Fish pieces
Celery
Cooking cream or heavy cream
A pinch of nutmeg
Mastic gum, cardamom, and bay leaves
1 vegetable bouillon cube
Instructions:
In a deep pot, sauté the chopped onion and garlic in butter and oil, adding the mastic gum.
Add the clams and crab, stirring well.
Then, add the shrimp, squid, and fish pieces, stirring until they change color.
Pour in one liter of water or enough to cover all the ingredients.
Once boiling, add the chopped celery, salt, black or white pepper, cardamom, and bay leaves.
When all ingredients are fully cooked, add half a cup of cream and a pinch of nutmeg. Serve hot in a serving dish
