Pumpkin Soup Recipe

Ingredients:
Peeled and chopped pumpkin
Onion
Carrot
Chicken or vegetable broth
Butter
Cinnamon
Cream
Preparation:
Sauté the onion and carrot in butter until soft.
Add the pumpkin and broth, then bring to a boil.
Let it simmer until the pumpkin is tender.
Blend the mixture until smooth.
Stir in the cream and a pinch of cinnamon.
Serve warm and enjoy!
