Roasted Garlic Soup

Ingredients:
Whole garlic heads
Onion, chopped
Butter
Vegetable or chicken broth
Toasted bread
Cream (optional)
Instructions:
Roast the Garlic: Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Cut the tops off the garlic heads, drizzle with olive oil, wrap in foil, and roast until soft (about 30-40 minutes).
Sauté the Onion: In a pot, melt the butter and sauté the chopped onion until translucent.
Combine Ingredients: Squeeze the roasted garlic into the pot, add the broth, and bring to a boil. Let simmer for 10-15 minutes.
Blend and Serve: Blend until smooth. Add cream for extra richness if desired. Serve with toasted bread.
